News about Mayweather Vs Mcgregor Fight Confirmed August 26, 2017

Mayweather Vs Mcgregor Fight Confirmed August 26, 2017. Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor fight live stream will be on showtime channels Pay Per View . The MMA weekend wouldn’t be complete without some sort of trash talk between UFC superstar Conor McGregor and boxing legend Floyd Mayweather. While the two combat cash cows continue to work out a deal for a potential superfight in 2017, the only thing fight fans have to fall back on is the back-and-forth verbal chaos.

Dana White has some choice words for those who believe he’s out of the deal involving Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor

In a world filled with “fake news,” UFC President Dana White seems to be at the forefront of it. Well, according to him that is.

Early this week, the L.A. Times reported the super fight between Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor fight was being targeted for early fall. While this news wasn’t surprising, the report also indicated White had been cut out of the contract talks entirely, leaving only UFC owner Ari Emmanuel, of WME-IMG, and Mayweather’s manager Al Haymon to get the deal done.

But according to White, this was far from the truth: Mayweather Vs Mcgregor Fight

“We live in a world right now where you can’t believe anything that you read,” White told TMZ Sports. “Who else would be running the Mayweather, McGregor deal than me? Who?”

In the above video courtesy of TMZ Sports, the top five best “clapbacks” between McGregor and Mayweather are counted down in epic fashion. Most believe that McGregor is not only the best trash talker in combat sports today, but possibly ever (only rivaling the great Muhammad Ali). Still, “Money” can dish it out and has. The undefeated professional boxer has arguably taken more jabs at “Notorious” and will continue to flood the public airwaves to promote himself and his boxing promotion.

These comments come just a few weeks removed from White announcing both he and McGregor had come to an agreement to accept boxing bout, leaving only Haymon and Mayweather as the final hurdle.

However, this isn’t the first time the fight was believed close to reality. Months ago, reports indicated both sides had finally reached an agreement until Mayweather shot down the rumors, claiming he was enjoying retirement. He would later backtrack and announce he was indeed returning solely to fight McGregor.

In terms of recent competition, Mayweather (49-0 boxing) has not stepped foot inside a boxing ring since his decision win over Andre Berto in September 2015. This win also tied him with Rocky Marciano’s legendary perfect career record.

McGregor (21-3 MMA), is coming off of a history-making performance at UFC 205 last November, where fans saw him crowned the UFC lightweight champion with second-round TKO over Eddie Alvarez. This victory made McGregor the first fighter in UFC history to hold belts in two separate weight classes at the same time.

Needless to say, a fight between the two pugilists would inevitably to a record shattering box office, something White was too keen to point out when asked if WME-IMG was heading the contract talks.

“What does WME know about making big fights?” asked White. “Trust me, I’m running the Mayweather, McGregor deal…I’m the only one in on it.” If you want then You can watch MAYWEATHER VS MCGREGOR LIVE STREAM PAY PER VIEW On show time Boxing .

Hopefully the combat gods will arrange a meeting between the two superstars in the near future and we can marvel in the physical exchanges, not just the verbal. Sources : Fansided
